Adrenal hemorrhage following blunt trauma is a rare occurrence.We report here the case of a 5-year-old child with adrenal hemorrhage, which developed as a result of an accidental National Park Map fall.Embolization treatment of adrenal hemorrhage Dryer Motor was successfully performed.To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of adrenal hemorrhage occurring in a child which was treated with transcatheter embolization.
